I previously founded Levisoft, a software agency — real clients, real shipping, and the classic agency ceiling: my time was the product. So I went the other way: one person, systems instead of headcount, AI as the team.
Now I run my whole business from a single structured vault of plain files — strategy, finances, content, operations — with AI agents that can actually read it. Not as a productivity aesthetic: as the operating infrastructure of a real company. This publication is me building that in public.
